I have received a defective product. What do I do now?

That's unfortunate! We're happy to resolve this as soon as possible. Transport damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, along with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Please email us several photos of the damage and indicate which item is defective (see item numbers in the manual). We will get back to you no later than the next (working) day with an appropriate solution.

How can I cancel or return my order?

Would you like to cancel your undelivered order? No problem, just give us a call or send us an email.If the goods have already left our warehouse or if you have already received the order and still want to cancel it, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to coordinate the return. If you exercise your right of cancellation, the goods will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - as far as possible - in their original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to view the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returned. Products that have already been built up cannot be returned.After registering the return we will contact you as soon as possible about further handling.The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.As soon as we have received the returned items in good order, we will refund the purchase price of the returned goods (if applicable including initial freight costs) within 14 days of receiving your return. If only part of the order was returned, we will not refund the initial freight costs. The refund will be made via the payment method of your purchase.

How long do I have warranty on my Washtower® cabinet?

For purchases made from 1 June 2024 onwards, a commercial warranty of 5 years shall apply. For purchases made before this date, the applicable warranty period was 2 years. This commercial warranty is separate from, and in addition to, the statutory rights to which you are entitled as a consumer. We are convinced that you will enjoy your Washtower&reg; cabinet for a long time after this period!
